Horror voice-over for short films

Use your own delivery for an original character, narrator or off-screen line. This is recorded-audio voice conversion: you perform the words, and the selected voice changes the sound. It does not generate a script, sync a video or imitate an official actor.

A short workflow

  1. Record clean dialogue without background music; keep the original file for editing.
  2. Compare Callum for a gravelly character tone and Harry for a rougher delivery. Samples use no credits.
  3. Use a free clip up to 8 seconds or funded clips up to 2 minutes. Each started 30 seconds costs 1 credit.
  4. Download the converted audio, import it into your video editor, align it with the scene and mix ambience separately.

Demo mode returns a test tone. Live conversion needs a configured provider. Free clips are limited to 8 seconds; paid conversions support up to 120 seconds.

Useful answers

Can I turn a recorded line into a horror voice-over?

Yes. Upload or record speech, compare Callum and Harry, convert and download audio for your editor. This is recorded voice conversion, not live call processing.

Can I type a script instead of recording?

Text-to-speech is not available here. You need an existing recording or a microphone take.

Can I process a scene longer than 30 seconds?

Funded wallets support up to 120 seconds per clip at one credit per started 30 seconds. Free trials remain 8 seconds. A full 120-second live provider run has not yet been verified.

Does the tool edit or sync my video?

No. Download the audio and place it in your video editor. Music, ambience, transitions and lip sync are separate editing tasks.
