Refund policy

Effective November 1, 2026. Payments are closed in the current release.

When purchases open

Contact support with your order reference for duplicate charges, missing credits or unusable purchases. We will investigate and refund eligible unused credits. Failed conversions do not consume credits. Used credits are normally non-refundable unless required by law. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
